I was charged twice, multiple times, or more for my purchase or show declined purchases as a pending charge on my Credit Card statement. Why?

If you believe you were double charged or charged twice or more for your purchase, this is typically due to your initial attempts at checkout being declined.  This could be due to address verification or credit card CVV mismatch or more.

If you tried to make a payment for an order and received a message Payment Failed, but you still see a pending charge on your account from us, it means that your banking system has put a temporary hold on the funds due to the purchase attempt they declined. The declined purchase is a pending transaction that will never go through and is removed shortly by your credit card company. The transactions may show up as pending transactions on your card or bank statement until your financial institution release the holds on the amounts. This is done by your credit card company and not ProSmoke and is NOT a charge.

To confirm you only have a single order, you can check your order history here.
