Can I exchange or return my e-cigarette cartridges once delivered, for a different flavor, nicotine level or refund?

Due to our high manufacturing certifications, the Sanitary Food Transportation and Manufacturing Laws (All of our cartridges are made with Vegetable Glycerin), all cartridge sales, used or unused are final and non-refundable and not included in the 30 day guarantee.

Unlike some of our competitors, we adhere to the strictest guidelines for production and manufacturing to achieve certifications that ensure our customers are always getting a high quality product every single time they order.  You will never receive a product that is refurbished, used, or been in another customers hands or mouth! 

When a customer places an order, an email confirmation and on-screen confirmation of your e-cigarette or e-cig cartridge purchase remind you to confirm the color and nicotine level you have selected to ensure you ordered properly.
