I rinsed my atomizer from ProSmoke E-Cigarette and its no longer producing vapor. What is wrong?
If rinsing your atomizer was recommended by customer service and you are having inadequate performance or vapor is not being produced, this is typically due to the atomizer not being completely dry. If moisture is still on the inside of the atomizer after rinsing, it will not engage or product smoke.
To resolve this, you can remove the atomizer from the battery and cartridge (Making sure to remove the cartridge carefully so the cartridges internal wick which holds the solution is not pulled out) and give it a brisk blow to remove any access moisture renaming on the inside. You can then let it dry completely overnight and use it again the next day. If rinsing your atomizer so it can start working again and the rinse was unsuccessful, it is probably time for a replacement atomizer which can be purchased directly from our online store.
We typically recommend replacing your atomizer every few months based on a customers usage.
