Has my order shipped yet?
After you place an order from the ProSmoke website, you will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation of payment and the second will contain the shipment details, tracking information, and some great tips and information to review while getting ready to start with your new electronic cigarette. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us using the help desk.
Please note that all orders require time to process, test, package and ship before actually starting transit to the customer.
