If I buy something as a gift or present for the holidays or Christmas, what is your return policy?

A gift... more time to make up your mind!

To help you with your Holiday or Christmas shopping and e-cigarette products bought as a holiday gift, we have an extended warranty policy.  This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted presents or return the gift for credit back to whatever card was used for the purchase under our standard 30 day guarantee, so you can shop early without worrying. Any purchases made as a holiday present MUST be designated as a gift in the ORDER NOTES section when completing your purchase.  If it is not designated as a gift during the purchase, there will be no exceptions made to extend the return period.

For gift purchases, the return period will expire on January 15th.  Absolutely no returns will be accepted for gift purchases after this date.
