My e-cigarette battery is blinking. What does this mean?

Your ProSmoke batteries will blink or flash under multiple scenarios.

If your e-cigarette blinks during usage about 2 to 5 times, this is the safety mechanism activating and letting you know that you have been overusing the e cigarette and should stop using for 1-2 minutes or as needed.  This is a safety mechanism to prevent the unit from overheating and usually only engaged if you are inhaling much longer than needed on your e-cigarette; typically over 5 to 7 seconds.  This DOES NOT mean your battery needs to be charged.

If you battery blinks blinks more than 5 times, this indicates it needs to be recharged. This will happen immediately upon any usage or inhalation and indicates it is time to recharge your battery.

When screwing in your battery to charge it, the LED will also blink to indicate the charging process is starting.  Depending on your battery, the LED will either stay lit during the charging process or turn off after blinking;  Both are normal.
