What does it taste and smell like?
Most users of our product will tell you the flavor or taste of our products closely replicate cigarettes and cigars. Our cartridges are available in popular smoking flavors like regular "tobacco" and menthol flavors, as well as specialty flavors.

How long does a cartridge last?

Store cartridges in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 24 months from purchase date. You should never place other liquids in an cartridge and doing so will void the product warranty.
How long does the battery charge last?
A single battery charge will last approximately 200 mouthfuls, depending on the intensity and quantity of puffs. The indicator light tip will blink when the battery is getting low on power. We encourage you to carry with you an extra, charged battery. Charge time is approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
What is Propylene glycol an do your products contain it?
Propylene glycol is one of the main components used in the nicotine solution in our COMPETITORS products. It has been approved by the FDA for some products, including makeup, but is also used in products such as coolant. Since the FDA has only done minimal testing on e-cigarette solutions, concerns have arisen over certain ingredients used and their adverse health effects for human consumption; especially in comparison to traditional tobacco cigarettes.
Thorough testing has not been performed on the safety of inhalation of Propylene glycol being vaporized and inhaled, but there has been reports of negative affects, including allergic reactions to the substance that can include nausea, dizziness and more.
Since this is a concern, PROSMOKE DOES NOT USE PROPELEYNE GLYCOL in its products. We use Vegetable Glycerin as a substitute for Propylene glycol, which due to these concerns, we consider to be a much safer product while continuing to give outstanding performance and vapor production.

As mentioned, we use no propelyene glycol in our cartridges, which is typically the main ingredient in these e-liquids.

Is this a smoking cessation product?
Our products are not a smoking cessation product and have not been tested as such. How fast is it shipped and how fast will it get here?
We currently ship to USA, Mexico, UK and MANY other countries throughout the world; including Military APO's. Some product, due to shipping and importation laws, could be shipped from distributors within that specific country. All costs are automatically calculated at the time of checkout and we using two options: yes we do ship e-cigarettes to Canada.
USPS Express - Most packages arrive next day.
USPS Priority - Most packages reach their destination within 2 to 3 days within the domestic US.
USPS Express International - Most international orders can take 5 to 10 days depending on customs. Only delivery confirmation is available for international orders.
Depending on the time of your order, almost all shipments are processed for delivery the same day using USPS. All tracking details are both sent via email and available in the customer section of our site.
