Important Notes:

1. Your starter kit is shipped with a blank cartridge attached to the unit. We do this to protect the atomizer and you must pull off the blank and slide on a new one before you start using it.

2. When the battery is low the indicator light will continuously flash indicating the need to either recharge the battery or swap it for a fully-charged one.

3. Loud music and bass affects all electronic cigarette brands and can activate the atomizer. Almost all users will not have issues with this unless you are in a VERY loud club. We still highly recommend the portable carrying case.

Usage Information

1. To avoid damaging The ProSmoke E-Cigarette only use the components and accessories that are meant to be used with it: The ProSmoke E-Cigarette Atomized Refills, Atomizer, Battery, Charger, Power Line, Car Plug, and USB Charger.
2. Replace the Atomized Refill when the vapor being produced becomes barely visible.
3. The Battery will flash 30 times to indicate that you must either recharge it or exchange it for a fully-charged one. A Battery will typically charge overnight, ready for morning use.
4.The Charger works under normal conditions with the voltage at AC100V, 50/60HZ, or DC6-24V.
5. The ProSmoke E-Cigarette should not be dropped or allowed to hit anything hard.
6. If there appears to be a malfunctioning ProSmoke E-Cigarette component, do not attempt to take it apart. Please refer to our site for warranty and exchange information.

Cautions and Warnings

1. Keep The ProSmoke E-Cigarette away from high temperatures when using or storing it.
2. Keep all parts of The ProSmoke E-Cigarette out of children’s reach.
3.The ProSmoke E-Cigarette is prohibited for use by anyone other than an adult (over 18), non-pregnant, non-nursing smoker, those with heart conditions, or those with health issues.
4. For users that may tend to a sore throat or may have an adverse or sensitivity reaction to nicotine or do not use The ProSmoke E-Cigarette, including the non-nicotine options.
5. If using The ProSmoke E-Cigarette while driving, use extreme caution and pay attention to the road.
6. Before attempting to clean the outside of the Charger or any of the plugs or cords you must first unplug them from the wall outlet, cigarette lighter outlet, or computer. Never use any chargers or plugs in damp or wet conditions. Use extreme caution if using the charger outdoors.

Quick Start Usage Guide

Remove the blank cartridge that shipped with the unit and install a fresh flavored cartridge. Make sure the atomizer is screwed into and secured to the battery and the flavor cartridge is inserted securely to the atomizer.

Operation of The ProSmoke E-Cigarette:

The ProSmoke E-Cigarette will automatically turn itself on only during inhaling and will immediately turn itself off as you stop inhaling. The indicator light at the tip of the Battery will light up during the inhaling process. The ProSmoke E-Cigarette is in a stand by mode until the next time inhaling occurs. It is recommended that The ProSmoke E-Cigarette not be held in an upright position for any extended period of time since doing so may cause the liquid in the Atomized Refill to flow out into the users mouth upon the next use.

Proper use of the Charger and The Battery

The Battery indicator light will flash several times indicating a low charge after using The ProSmoke E-Cigarette for an extended period of time. There are three ways to recharge the Battery: the Home Charger, the Car Charger, and the USB Charger. Screw the Battery clockwise into any of these chargers until snug. The indicator light will flash indicating it is charging. The indicator light on the charger will turn to red from green indicating it is charging the Battery. After approximately 90 to 120 minutes the indicator light on the charger will turn to green from red indicating a full charge. Unscrew the Battery counter-clockwise and reassemble it with the Flavor Cartridge. You are now ready to enjoy The ProSmoke E-Cigarette once again.

Troubleshooting and Common Questions

CONDITION AND TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

VAPOR AMOUNT LOWER THAN EXPECTED

1. When you received the unit, did you remove the blank cartridge from the e-cigarette and install a new one?
2. If the Battery flashes 30 times this indicates you must either recharge it or exchange it with a fully-charged one. Charging a Battery overnight gets you ready for morning use.
3. Your cartridge might be done. Please replace it with a fresh cartridge.
4. Make sure everything is assembled snuggly.
5. If there is still no vapor, try gently turning the cartridge. If there is still no smoke, you most likely have a obstruction in the atomizer preventing it from functioning. Please run under lukewarm water and give it a brisk blow to dislodge any blockage. Then let air dry completely and try again.

CHARGING PROBLEMS

1. If the light on the charger is amber, this indicates a full charge as well.

SMOKE TASTES DIFFERENT AFTER CHANGING CARTRIDGE FLAVORS

1. If using numerous different flavors, you can maximize your flavor experience and get rid of past flavors on the atomizer by running it through warm water and letting the unit air dry.

GETTING LIQUID IN YOUR MOUTH DURING INHALATION

1. Sometimes during shipment, cartridges and be held vertical for an extended period of time causing liquid to pool in the unit. If you are getting any of the solution in your mouth upon inhalation, try these things: Rotate the cartridge gently, inhale with a less excessive force, and/or remove the cartridge and blow into the mouthpiece against typical airflow to remove any excess liquid from the mouthpiece.

PERSONAL CHARGER CASE INSTRUCTIONS

1. When you screw your battery and hold down the on button 5 to 10 seconds to engage the unit, the LED will blink up to indicate the unit is starting to charge the battery.

2. After the battery starts to charge, the front screen and LED's will turn off while the battery continues to charge. This is completely normal. To test if your battery is completely charged, press the button on the front of the unit.

3. The unit is charged through the USB cord and the internal battery level is indicated on the front LED screen.

4. When the battery is charged, the LED will be green when pressed.
