I am getting liquid in my mouth from the cartridges. How can I fix this?

Sometimes the contents of the cartridges can be shuffled during shipment causing excess liquid to come through the mouthpiece and leak if. Inhaling with too much force.  It can also cause liquid to be drawn through the cartridge into your mouth.  The easiest solution is to remove the cartridge and blow through the it back to front to remove the excess liquid (Blow on the large opening to make excess liquid come through small hole). This will take care of it immediately!  This also indicates a cartridge filled to maximum capacity which will provide you with the maximum lifespan of smoking!

You DO NOT need to inhale hard on the e-cigarette to engage it and strong inhalations are not recommended and can actually affect the performance of the unit.

Please note that some customers mistake saliva that has entered the cartridge when inhaling for liquid inside the cartridge.  With the amount of fluid inside the cartridges reservoir, you should not be getting liquid through the mouth piece throughout the life of the e-cigarette cartridge.  This typically indicates that excess saliva is entering the cartridge during the smoking process.

If you do get liquid in your mouth or ingest it, you can simply rinse your mouth out with water to get rid of the taste if.  There is typically no immediate safety or poison concerns for ingesting nicotine unless it is in a much higher volume that what is contained in our cartridges.  If you do have concerns, we instruct you to call poison control.
