How are the e-cigarettes painted or finished to prevent them from scratching, chipping or flaking?

ProSmoke has one of the best finishes of any electronic cigarette product on the market.  When the batteries and atomizers are manufactured, their finish is applied electrostatically to provide a finish that is durable and going to survive usage from any customer.  It is very similar to powder coating and can give the customer a strong product they are not afraid to use.

As with any equipment, things like improper handling, dropping on the ground, carrying in your pocket with keys, or similar can still affect the finish no matter how tough it is.  We always recommend proper care, handling, and transport of your e-cigarettes.  Things like carrying cases or portable charging cases are great for this and can be found in the electronic cigarette accessory section.

All finishes are inspected prior to shipment and damaged caused by mishandling is not covered under warranty.
