How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status and review any orders in your account at any time by viewing your ORDER HISTORY in the MY ACCOUNT section of the website.

ORDER STATUS DEFINITIONS IN YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Pending (New Order) - Order has been created but no payment has been completed. Once payment is completed, the order status will change to ‘Processing’. If no payment is made, the order will automatically be canceled in the system in 7-10 days.
2. Processing (See order notes) - Payment may or may not have cleared or the order hasn't been dealt with yet.
3. Order Processed and Shipped - Order has been paid for and dispatched within 72 hours of notification. Goods should arrive shortly. Tracking information may be available within 24 hours of your shipment beginning its transit.
4. Declined (See order notes) - Order has been declined. More information may be available in the order notes.
5. Failed Fraud Review - Payment for the order has failed external/internal fraud review.
6. Cancelled - Order has been canceled. Reasons for order cancellation should show in your order notes. Please note that new orders which have not been paid for within a certain timescale may automatically be canceled.
