If they are unable to reach you in a timely manner, your package will typically be shipped (If the option is available with your selected shipping method) with a signature verification that also requires the intended recipient to show identification. This is identical to how shipments of alcohol are delivered from companies like Amazon.com and Wine.com. This verification is only required on your initial purchase and not on future orders.

If your order is International or Customer Service is unable to reach you in a timely manner, your order will still be processed, test, inspected and packaged but will not ship. While this process starts, you will receive notification via email that the order is on hold until we can reach you.
