Why is my cork color different expected on my flavored cartridges?

ColorID is an industry-exclusive system that allows customers to identify a cartridge flavor just by the color of its cork. Recently our supplier of rubber for the corks was unable to provide colored medical grade materials in the quantities that we needed. We always want to give our customers the best and never want them to wait, so we have done our best to temporarily solve this issue.

Instead of making our customers wait for a cartridge back order, we have simply used our current supply of corks to finish manufacturing on a variety of cartridge flavors and nicotine levels. This means that your cork color might not match the expected flavor.

Please note this has absolutely NO effect on your cartridges flavor, nicotine level or taste. This only means that the cork could be a different color than expected. All cartridges are individually manufactured to flavor and level and are NEVER mixed with other flavors and nicotine levels. Simply put, if you cartridges and they match what you ordered, but have a different cork color, they are still the correct item. In addition, all orders are inspected and confirmed prior to shipment.
