"We recently purchased several atomizers since it seems they have a limited amount of life, especially when we use a thicker higher vapping liquid. I decided that after trying to clean the units according to standard protocol, that I would try something that a chemist friend of mine suggested. We now are submerging them in a small tube of pure alcohol, (Everclear) surrounded be a small amount of cotton to keep the atomizer coil from touching anything hard. After 24 hours of sitting, there is a small accumulation of particulate in the cotton. I don't know how long or how many times I will be able to do this, but, it is at least doubling the life of our atomizers. Love Prosmoke, love the equipment, and telling anyone who will listen that this is the wave of the future. Thanks Prosmoke for a great product"

"I first tested the prosmoke from a friend and absolutely loved it, but when i recieved mine (friend purchased for me) the atomizer did not work. and so i bought a new atomizer and it worked for 3 days, and now it does not work ... i am pretty upset that i cannot enjoy this product and am not willing to spend anymore money, making minimum wage these things arn't cheap for me. the flavors were great by the way. i do give u guys 4 stars for the great vapor clouds and battery life, but i am very unpleased with the atomizers.. im assuming i have bad luck because neither of my friends have had this issue.. thanks"

the Atomizer IS Smoking!
"In my opinion the atomizer is BEST detail to the Pro Smoke. It generates a very realistic, slightly warm smoke vapor that is the closest thing I have found to smoking a "real" cigarette. Even the amount of smoke vapor is comparable to a regular cigarette. The atomizer has a silver band around it with the Pro Smoke name, imitating the regular cigarette's branding ring at the filter and tobacco junction, giving Pro Smoke a more realistic look. "
